    APPOINTMENTS RESERVATION

    When you enter your card details and press book your card will be pre-authorised for the amount ṭof the session you have selected. You can choose for your details to be stored securely and will be charged after any future appointments booked. If you have any questions about providing us with your card details please call 020 38871738. When you request an appointment that is not instant book it will be provisionally held for you for 24 hours until the practitioner accepts or declines the appointment.

  • REFUNDS

    If any appointment is cancelled within 48 hour prior to the appointment, we will refund the full the amount paid. If any appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours the full fee will be charged. Refund of the full amount paid will only be granted if the practitioner cancels the appointment. You have the right to cancel any bookings with us within seven days of your contract with us commencing and your payment will be returned provided notice is given 48 hours before your appointment is due to start.
